A workspace is one private environment for one household or family branch, holding its accounts, entities, documents, and members. Establish includes one. Entrust includes three, which suits families whose branches want a shared picture with some separation. Endow is sized to your structure.
A bank, brokerage, or custodian linked through Plaid so balances refresh automatically. Manually tracked accounts, assets, and entities are unlimited on every plan; the count applies only to live connections. If you need more than your plan includes, additional connections are $5 per month each.
Only the people you invite, and only what you grant them. Members are given roles, and individual documents, entities, and credential vaults can be restricted further to specific people. Every change, credential reveal, and document download is logged, so you can see what happened and when.
It answers questions about your own records in plain language: where things stand, what changed, where a document lives. It works from the structure and balances you can already see, never the contents of your vault documents or credentials, and your data is never used to train models. Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period. If a downgrade would put you over the new plan's limits, you'll be asked to reduce connections or members first.
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it. After that period it is permanently deleted from our systems. We do not retain financial records beyond the deletion window.
